How long does it take for steamgifts support to reply?

Certainly more of the time it takes me to respond this topic.

Depends on how busy they are. They have less members answering tickets at this time, and thousands of members to write tickets.

depends on how urgent your case is. could be anywhere between 2 minutes to 2 days or more

I sent a ticket in the 70's. Still waiting for SG's reply.

But I know he'll answer eventually

6hr - 5 days.

Minimum posting time (<1 min) to up to more than a month.

Shortest response time i had ~1 hour. Longest? almost a month.
