Include "custom wishlist" on SG, for games not available in your region.

Here is a suggestion, why doesn't SteamGifts implement a "custom wishlist" feature, which allows you to add games not available in your region.
Most of the time, even if a game isn't available for purchase (in your region), you can still activate it.

So I wished SG allowed users to create a second "custom" wishlist, in order to select games not view-able in your region.
