Yeah, for me this is the greatest show of all time, despite Lynch leaving and season 2 falling into complete disarray until he comes back and somehow managed to make Twin Peaks go out with a bang on the final episode. And then season 3 came out and was essentially ten Lynch films in rapid succession. Not sure I'll ever want to go back to season 3, but it was wild to watch it the first time.

The later seasons of Person of Interest went just a little downhill for me, but I appreciated the conclusion. It's nice that they didn't drag it out into mediocrity, and I didn't regret following it through to the end.
Since you liked Person of Interest (and Chuck), you may also like Veronica Mars and Burn Notice. (I'm still working my way through Burn Notice.)

The Office, Orange is the New Black, Dexter, Better Call Saul, Six Feet Under, Hannibal, Attack on Titan, Code Lyoko (well, maybe it is not for adults but I really enjoyed it as a kid).

yeah I was told it lowers in quality after season 2/3. I do know what happens on every season however, including the ending. So I would just be watching it for the sake of it. Still like watching clips of it on YouTube though.

I've avoided watching The Leftovers for several years until now. It's an extraordinary show, and by weird coincidence strangely relevant to the current world climate of existential crisis and denial. Also timely is the Netflix miniseries Waco if you want to gain a little insight into the history of the excessive militarization of American law enforcement. Warning: it will trigger you - especially if you recall the original bullshit propaganda circulated by the FBI, ATF and a very gullible press. Recently finished Orange is the New Black. Also avoided for a long time because I thought it would be shallow or flippant (I think the title put me off - which was silly). Has a few bumps, but very much worth my time. Lest it seem like all I watch is depressing topical stuff, I also enjoy pure entertainment and many of the titles listed above by others. I'm also happy to report that the new season of The Expanse is proving to much better than the last one.
