Yes, marking "received" when you have not received the game is a bad idea. Support operates on the presumption that people are telling the truth when they mark "received."

so, what shoud i do? i won pixel puzzles undeadz but the cd key was for a free game pixel puzzles japan. i have that game in my library so i contacted the person who made this giveaway on steam. he sent me a message in which he claims he has no money to buy me the correct game and asks me to forget about it. with "please" at the end... since im such a nice guy, i told him he has 6 more days to send me my correct cd key or gift for the game. then he blacklisted me here. but im not the only one who won this game from him, he made 3 giveaways with 3 keys for free game japan
