I first saw the thread and got excited, but also thought, it may be for lvl30 or lvl20. Then I read lvl2 as lvl20 and was sad and a little bit angry because I'm just lvl19 and will reach lvl20 in a few days. Then I realized it was lvl2 and now I'm partying :D quite the rollercoaster of emotions I had there

Let's just hope that it's gonna be free on Steam soon as well, in order to comply with Valve's policy to make external giveaways also available on Steam itself. ;)

Sorry you guys missed it :/ For users from the U.S. (and possibly Canada?), there's a chance quest on Alienware where you can get the Redout Complete Edition for free. Worth a try. Just click on the video, let it play for about 3 seconds, and click on the button that appears to see if you're an "instant winner".

FYI - Tomorrow is a Mars or Die! Steam key giveaway, followed by Super Inefficient Golf the day after.

EDIT - And by "tomorrow", I mean in about 3 hours from now.

I'm not sure... The giveaway page for it just says "Opening April 29" when I look at it. Perhaps they do it at a random time? I thought they were normally open at the beginning of the day.

I don't think it is cool at all that they set the level to only 2 instead of something higher. I guess I can only blame myself for not checking SG threads multiple times a day.

The problem isn't the fact that's level 2+, but the bots and people who snatch the keys only to giveaway or sell them.
It's level 2+ so (mostly) everyone could get their key for the game in this trying times both as help and to make people register and do stuff in their site. The level 20+ giveaways are thanks for people who spend time there, this and probably the next ones are for everyone.
For example, I could have played with my friends online with this game if someone else didn't get the keys to sell/giveaway them just for more money or points in this site.
So don't be angry at the site or yourself, be angry of the opportunistic people.
