Nice concept. If possible, I'd like to join. I might also end up creating giveaways for the group.

Interested in joining. Both as 'player' and as a giver :)

I've found similar groups here that require all kinds of conditions to be met or even battle plans to play games
Really? Never heard of that. I'm in Actually Playing Games, but other than basic level restrictions and a "clean profile," I don't think it has any requirements like that. In fact, your game-playing requirements (play within a month) are much more stringent. Ours are 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the type of game (new&popular vs. non-bundle vs. bundle).
Good luck! I love the movement to play one's SG wins!

This is actually a group I've checked out before making this one :) The checklist for applying to that group requires a BLAEO Account, a attack plan for your backlog, minimum of 25% won games finished, SteamGifts Level 4+ and Real CV Ratio: 1:1 or better. None of these conditions apply here. But groups are similar, because they both like to see the winners to play the games they won. In my view they complement each other well - the more giveaways the better. :) Feel free to join!

I didn't think it required an attack plan, although it's a handy feature of the BLAEO site. Maybe it did.
TBH I couldn't remember the exact entry requirements. But I think the idea was that it was designed for people who had already shown a tendency to play their won games...whereas your group is great for anybody who wants to start focusing on playing (newly) won games.
Like you said-- they complement each other nicely. And thank you for not using "compliment"-- it's such a common mistake!

Looking at our new thread it seems that a couple of people mistook our second requirement as some sort of "I proclaim to beat these games next!"-vow.
I have the feeling, we described it better in the old thread, since there it seemed to be clear as what it meant: showing that an applier understands how BLAEO works and also likes to beat the backlog - it is not a commitment.

I can't apply there yet, but my "attack log" was that I picked ~ 30-40 games from my SGwin backlog that I put behind for way too much time, would like to play sometimes, and ordered them in a way that maybe I'll start with these. Or not. But I address these as games that I should be playing :D I never really thought you would ask for more as attack log :P

Sometimes these misconceptions just happen, I guess.
As I wrote in that thread: I have such an 3 months old attack-plan too.... but I basically just put together 10 games that I haven't completed, yet... they.... well... I still haven't done so.... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It's not like I stopped playing games :D

While I know about that group and I would like especially some of the better games I have to give away being played I still feel that especially the entry requirement of a real CV ratio of 1:1 is a high requirement. To be honest, if the games I give away get played, I don't care if that person has given away a single game yet.
The attack plan was only required for new users of BLAEO so that they would fiddle with all the possibilities of that site.
I do like the requirement with 25% played already though and I also like how tso is very thorough going through the applicants.

I'd like to join as well. This seems like a good idea

I'd like to join. I've just come back here after some time away from PC gaming but ready to start playing again and also giving away some games too.

Thank you a lot for the quik invitation! One question please: If i wish to make a giveaway in the group, i will not be able? Is this what you mean?

Hi Brakeman12,
I see I've never got around answering this, sorry. Probably lost between my notifications. You can create a group giveaway for sure. What I meant was that some group giveaways created by others can have a level restriction, so these you cannot enter. But most of the times your level is not important and you can enter all.
Now, another thing - your profile went to private while one of the group rules it that you need to have a public profile. Please change it back to public at your earliest convenience if you like to remain part of the group. Please understand that this is needed in order to check if you are playing the games you may win in this group.
Thanks :)

Hey there Reforced. Thanks you for remembering to contact me even if much time have passed :) I understand what you say and i am sorry but i have to maintain my profile on Private because scamming bots are sending me friend requests on a daily bases. So please remove me from the group as i break the rules :)

This is a really nice idea. :)
Although I personally don't mind if my GA winners play the game or not, I can certainly understand why some people do.
And I do plan on playing the giveaways I won but my backlog is just super massive. :o I am indeed working on it tho. Plan on finishing Life is Strange and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons this month. So count me in~

Yeah, you won Life is Strange from me ^^ But it was not part of this group so feel free to play when you want haha ;) I can see that for games like $5 you wouldn't care so much, but when it comes to $50 games you would like to see people that won them to be also playing them! :) Invitation send!

I like the rules! very relaxed and easy going like me xD
I would join and support the idea if you don't mind .

Introduction
Playing Appreciated is a group for members that like to play games they win and for giveaway creators that like to see their games getting played. This sounds simple, yet requires committent and dedication from members by filtering out games they like to play from all group giveaways and when won playing those within one month. In return members will get higher chances of winning games they want and creators will know their giveaways have a high chance of getting played. The group has more than 1000 members and over 25000 historical giveaways.
