Hi tubberware! The answer to question one is difficult, there is never a 100% promise, but we do monitor every winning via our group tool. If there is a member that didn't play his/her winnings within a month, that member will simply be kicked until he/she did play the games won. As for question two, of course it's fine to just make giveaways - there is no active member policy; feel free to join/create or not whenever you feel like it. As for the last question, you are free to set whatever region or level as you wish and are also free to include other groups and/or your whitelist.
