That may very well be what happened. Hrm, too bad I don't have a ITH account to check for sure.
What gets me is that I've gone to lots of puzzles where the questions don't even make rational sense, follow any sort of prescribed theme, or ask for people to spend 20 minutes solving an equation. At least mine are easily solved by googling.

I had an easy time with the majority of those i've searched for, i think the only thing that is stumping folks on Q4 is knowing the specifics of the format (unless i'm giving the wrong answer). Had that happen to me before on puzzles i made, hence my reasoning.
But don't sweat it, heck, i've made at least one of the puzzles on my ongoing puzzle thread have a couple of questions with multiple solutions that weren't accounted for, which was on me, not the solvers, so...

As I was sipping from a glass of single malt scotch, my sister's birthday present to me, I put together a themed puzzle for the custom of giving something away on one's birthday..
