Is there a list of games that have been removed from possible GA?

Specifically I am trying to find out about Skara Starter Package which is not in the GA list.

Bundle list doesn't necessarily include all of the games removed from the giveaway list. If you can't find the game to giveaway, it's most likely been removed on purpose.
