Hello, usually there was this sort of thread previous sales. But i don't think to have seen it this year.

So... Any ideas about some hidden gems of this summer sale ? Not the cheapest games or best deals, not famous top-seller, but you know, these hidden gems. These unknown games that catch our attention by their quality/originality and have never been bundled or very rarely so not many know/own them. Tell me a word about why you like them ! :D

yeah, so here's a little something for each
Mayjasmine: a VN about black may, a little known event that happened in indonesia, jakarta where chinese immigrants were discriminated and killed. The VN followed the days leading up to May 14th

Executive Assault: an rts with an interesting twist. Instead of the objective destroying the enemy base you have to kill the enemy executive, so you build your base around yourself to plan defense and escape routes. You can also control any unit in first person view.

Celestian tales - jrpg but without the typical 14 year old beta male japanese student with a harem of big breasted women in your party. Follows the story of 6 main heroes in a more realistic high fantasy setting

Divinity II : Developer's cut - 90%

Just bought this game, can't really give a reason why. But based on the gameplay, it reminds me of Kingdoms of Amalur.

About Conarium it's a new game from this month so it can't have discount and honestly ? i don't know at all horror games and it came from a full list of horror games, so i can't check them ! :p

I went digging again in Steam and found a few really good looking games that I never heard of before.

Spirits of Xanadu seems like System Shock 2's indie cousin. Its $2 from $10.
Pharaoh Rebirth+ is a Japanese Metroidvania that wouldn't look out of place on the Genesis. It's $4 from $10.
And Stories: Path of Destinies is something I keep forgetting about but it popped back up on my radar again. Reminds me of Sly Cooper's world but set in Fables whose narration changes based on what you've done and what you've done in other attempts. It is $3.75 from $15.

I also found a F-Zero style racer called Redout. It is $14 from $35 with a demo and what looks like two extra track-dlc out and a third on the way.
J.U.L.I.A.: Among the Stars looks like a great adventure game, $5 from $20.
And then there's Asura which is only $8 from $10 but looks like a very fun hack-n-slasher. Oddly enough it has a proc-gen skill-tree.
Oh! And I recently got to try the first chapter of Pinstripe through Newgrounds. Not sure if it counts as Hidden Gem but here it is just in case. It is not that unusual for a modern a puzzle-platformer adventure game in looks or play but it definitely caught my attention with its story and characters. $10 from $15.

redout and stories path of destinies were already in the list
spirits of xanadu i try to avoid oldies-like games because very specific players like them
