Collector Packs and already owned copies of games. Can i gift them?

I asked it on the Steam but since there i take years to receive a response i am trying it here; the question is simple: I am thinking to buy the Men of War: Collector Pack or the World War II Collection by 1C but i already own one of the games, since i think that pay for a game and didn't receive it (even if i already own it) isn't something right i would like to know if it's possible to receive the games and gift the game i already own and how can i do this, for example, if i buy this as a gift i will receive a key for each game? Please help. Thanks in advice.

Once the pack is redeemed in your account, all games are added to your own library whether you own the game or not.

I think (but I might be wrong) that if you buy it as a gift, you'll just get one gift with the collection. As far as I know there is no way to gift one copy of a collection / bundle on steam.

You won't get giftable copies for any game, if you own one or more from a bundle. There was an exception for Valve games (either HalfLife or Portal) but if you purchase 1C bundles, you won't get giftable copies for games you own.

Thanks, with this politics Steam convinced me to do not spend money with those bundles. =) Their lost.
