WildStar from HB is US or EU locked?

Hey mates, i found my bundle order and i have WildStar key, i want to trade it, but i hear something about US lock?
How it is? its row or us locked or what? (iam from EU2) bought on Humble Bundle

I was given a EU Wildstar key from the HB and needed a NA key so I contacted Wilstar support and they change the region for me from EU to NA...
