My Level Dropped, And I Can't Figure Why.

Just a few day's ago I was checking my level progress and it was at 4.57, but now it was only 4.41. I also checked my profile where it list what value games you gave away (full, reduced or no value) and I saw no changes there. I didn't make any no value GA, and I had 5 full value which are still listed, so it doesn't appear to have anything to do with a game being added to a bundle list retroactively.
I have no other ideas. Will my level keep decreasing? Just like that?

I didn't notice that. I made those GA a couple of weeks ago, so they should contribute to my CV, but you're saying they won't as long the game continues to be free on steam.
I think I can wait a little.
