Does this mean if the number of comments does not meet expectations that the winner will not be chosen randomly but will be chosen by some other method? :P

Its based on however many people comment whether it be 1 or 1 million. I will generate a random number between 1 and however many comments this thread gets at the time of its completion. Whatever number I get, I will count down the list of comment to that number and whoever I land on, wins the card set.

You missed the intended sarcasm of my post. Probably my fault.

I found everything after the comma in the quoted sentence to be redundant and attempted to point it out humorously.
