Need help about a giveaway i won

Actually you can delete a giveaway after it ends as long as the winner agrees to it. If I'm not mistaken you can also change the giveaway game with the help of support.

You've got the wrong key but still activated it ?
What could be the problem if you activate Outland instead of Outlast and mark as received? People make mistakes.

Ask him to create a support ticket requesting to change the giveaway game.

Give him 7 days then mark as not received. Or you can agree to have the GA deleted. To me it looks like an honest mistake. I'd just agree to a deletion.

Mark as not received and delete the link to the giveaway and the name of the giveaway creator since this is calling out.

EDIT: So apparently you can change the name of the giveaway if you talk to support, I didn't know that but now that I do I would suggest you to do that.

As the first coment said, talk with support and if you both agreed, they can cancel/change the GA
