I'm giving this a bump because I think the remix I linked to in Q5 doesn't feature the voice sample (I was looking for best sound quality and didn't want to link a 13-minute song), and also I'm too lazy to keep doing a password recovery on my ITH account to alter the link (KeePass databases different at work and home - joy!).
