Nuuvem PreOrder experience

Hey there! I want to preorder a game on Nuuvem and I was wondering if any of you have any experience with pre-orders on that site.

If anything goes wrong, is it possible to adress the customer support in English? Do they send out the keys in time? Have you heard of any payment issues with paypal etc. etc.

My experience was positive. I pre-order a game, and got the key on the release day.

I contacted them on a non-related issue, and it was made in english.

I always use paypal with nuuvem, and never had any problem.

Only had a problem with Guild Wars 2 (they had gotten European keys instead of American keys) but then they sent a batch of American keys. (so basically got EU/NA version for the price of 1, tho they stopped selling the game after the huge chaos that happened because of it.)

Tho all others were done normal/no problem.

So wait you bought a EU version of GW 2 but got a US version?

I hear the only issues come from regional restrictions but that aint their fault, plus the game I want to get has no regional restrictions.

More like ~$20. Considering it is $50 in GMG, it's pretty cheap on Nuuvem.

I preordered XCOM The Bureau there (still have to play it, that's why I usually don't preorder anything), and got that and all the goodies annexed (full xcom pack with new xcom EU too, spec ops the line, and the bureau DLC, all for 20€).

Everything was OK, they were rather quick to release preorder codes as the game became released.

If youre thinking about preordering the new Alien game keep in mind thats not 100% certain it will be in Steam (but it will probably will) and there is no knowledge about possible region locks. Its a risk you have to take. But then again, the offer is real good, hope it wont suck as much as Colonial Marines though
