CoD Modern Warfare 2 has a pretty good soundtrack by Hans Zimmer (Transformers, Inception, The new Batman Trilogy and more)

Batman: Arkham City has a nice soundtrack. If you like the Half Life-Soundtracks, you'll love the one for the Fan-Mod-Remake "Black Mesa Source". Deus Ex: Human Revolution is great as well. Oh and my absolute favourite this year: Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. Pure pseudo-80s-synth-trash-cult!

Mafia 1 - the best game with the best soundtracks out there

I have been playing a lot of Sonic Racing Transformed and Sonic Generations recently. The songs are remixes of the classic games and are mostly great. Also, Lost Odyssey soundtrack is another favourite of mine in addition to a few already mentioned here.
