as soundtrack enthusiast i guess i must share my playlists of game soundtracks. they dont neccesarily contain like whole soundtracks of games. for example assassins creed has great soundtrack, but there is no point in adding every track to the playlist.
what you wont find in these - console game soundtracks, so no zelda soundtracks. i try not to put soundtracks which i never listened while playing the game.
however there are some exceptions when the song sounds extremely good even outside the game. that is the case with most soundtracks i heard while playing games though - while a lot of them truly added to that atmosphere in particular games, most of them i actually listened while playing other games (that dont have such spectacular soundtrack), studying or whatever.

Half Life, Legend O' Zelda (Well, I think everyone knows this), Fallout 3 / NV, Portal. Just some ones I enjoy.

Elder Scrolls : Oblivion. Had fantastic music, and this video specifically had some fantastic scores(er, isn't this what the separate parts are called? I really have no idea) at 21:00, 41:20, 53:08, 55:19, and 17:28. The others I would mention are previous consoles. E.g. Chrono Cross / Trigger, FF games, those kart-racing games.

The Homeworld games had a great soundtrack that really added to the atmosphere. I really enjoyed the scores in the Mass Effect games.

And, while it doesn't really count, I loved the radio stations in GTA:SA. It was such a perfect mix of music and really made it more immersive. All these years later, there's still a number of songs that remind me of driving around San Andreas on a motorcycle.
