Wow, noone mentioned Thief? Surprising. The new one was a huge letdown for me.

Diablo 3, Starcraft 2, Rift, anything World of Warcraft past Frozen Thrones expansion, WildStar (got a refund), Battlefield 3...

I'm pretty much done with Blizzard; I also refuse to buy anything else that runs on the Source Engine until they fix the netcode.

not bought - won, but reason still applies. Beyond Good and Evil - I loved this game when it came out, but as all of my early games it eaded up in a dumpster when I moved out and my mom decided to throw away all my "trash" from my old room (meaning all my old boxed ga,es, books, posters, figures and so on and on)). So I was excited when I won steam version just to find out how flawed steam version is and how this game cannot work on modern machines. When I first launched it I was missing all background textures, game would freeze on random moments etc. I tried to mod it, but even when I managed it to work fine with all the mods it would just freeze and reset whoile OS every 20-40minutes. Then I gave up on it :(

Borderlands, at first? Nah, I loved it, got a nice few hours of enjoyment...
But then all the DLC came along, and then GOTY, and then it's was like $15... And then like $5 during sales...
Got the base game full price (Somewhere around $25) before really knowing Steam had sales every few months, if not weeks... or days.
After a while it began grinding on for me, grew fairly boring, so I regret it now looking back...
But I guess hindsight is always 20/20.

Dragon's Lair. I used to play this game on Nintendo way back in the day and thought I'd relive my childhood by getting it when I saw it Greenlit last year. The graphics are OK but the gameplay and controls is so wonky that it is nearly unplayable.

From most to least regretted purchase:
Dragon Age 2 because how boring it was.
Payday because it's not heist simulator hut horde shooter with cops.
Sanctum because while the concept seemed interesing, gameplay wasn't (unlike OMD! or Dungeon Defenders).
Age of Mythology EE because it can't even maintain FPS above 30.
Breach because how fast the MP died.
Dungeon Defenders Eternity because whatever that sh*t is, it ain't "definitive version".

audiosurf - didn't like it at all.
dead island - didn't like it at all.
Any Magic the Gathering game - always gets phased out by a new version, don't play anymore.
Monday Night Combat - replaced by a (better) F2P version.
Rust - didn't like it at all.
Supreme Commander 2 - didn't like it at all.
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 - sound glitch never fixed, makes it irritating to play.
World in Conflict - didn't like it at all.

Took me awhile to think of it, Fallout the new Bethesda one. I bought it shortly after release (full-price) with a Christmas gift card and simply never played it, no idea why. Pretty sure this was the last time I ever bought a physical copy of a PC game as well.

Edit: still haven't played it

Angry Video Game Nerd. It's basically just trying to jump over instant death blocks over and over.

Probably Payday2. Don't get me wrong the game is great i like it but i don't like it as much as other people glorify it.

Also i bought the GTA pack and i don't regret it although i played all of them back in my pirate days and i can't run GTA 4 i'm still glad i supported the devs

Chivalry: Medieval Warfare. I've spent half a day trying to start the damn thing. But when after an hour of playing I got on the server with nothing but cube (really) I just rage quitted and uninstalled it.
