Bought this mouse on a whim because my primary mouse button is double clicking at random, every day is different, making some games impossible to play (Dead by daylight) and some just troublesome.

I saw this and was pretty impressed, thought I'd grab it, but cannot find ANY reviews or info online about it.

Tempted to return (unopened), but wanted to ask the internet if anyone knows anything about it.

Id be upgrading from a Logitech G602 (wireless gaming mouse)

2m braided USB Cable

Before you completely give up on your old mouse, have you tried taking it apart to clean it? There could be little bits of dirt, hair, or other gunk causing issues and it might work fine after its all removed.

all the screws are under the mouse feet (SO i would need to remove them and find replacements), and supposedly this mouse has worldwide issues with the double click bug requiring a new switch.

Seems alot of mucking around for what I paid $50 for year ago.

You could always buy the same/similar mouse the Logitech G-series seems to be a solid pick and popular, your old one's actually on serious sale for me on Amazon(CA), Logitech sale apparently.

Just saying, it is too easy to fix a mouse. Try to google "double click problem" and you can easily find the fix.

Id need to buy replacement feet though (the screws are under the feet), and change the switch. That wont come cheap to order (or ship)

You don't need to remove feet completely. Generally, it is enough if you can open until the screw. Switches are very cheap, i remember it was between 1-2$ per piece. (on aliexpress)

white glue (you don't want a crazy strong bond, just to retain stickiness). even if you decide to go with a new mouse, repair the old and keep it as a spare.

it will get the job done i guess.
omron switches are good in general, it's got rgb (hue hue hue), the sensor should be pretty good but old and no idea about the software or how well the mouse will fit in your hand. especially in case you're a lefty.

medion stuff usually is in the middle of the pack. not awesome but at the price good enough you don't toss it in the trash after first use.

my logitech G403 is double the price and it's good enough for my liking.
i actually had to wear in the buttons for a few weeks to get rid of some double clicks. usually it's the other way around.

linus made a video about "decent" cheap ass mice some time ago.
buuuut yeah. under a certain price there is nothing but garbage.
