This. After escalating your ticket a couple of times you'll get a proper support team member, not the lowest of the chain you have been talking with now.
Though I agree Steam should look into tripling the size of their support team. I mean, if Origin can do it, Steam has to be able to do it better.

Yeah I know, but there should be a reply limit after which a support member should look up why that ticket is still getting answers. :|
I only opened one other ticket before that, and I stopped answering after their first reply since it clearly showed that they didn't even read a word of what I wrote, and it was just a potential issue that luckily never became real.
But if I keep answering, maybe it means the issue is still there and someone should look into it..?

Do you understand how incredibly low-priority such a support ticket has to be?

Yes, and I wouldn't have cared if it took 6 months to them to answer it, but receiving totally random answers is a completely different thing. I'm really curious who they are contacting right now, and what transaction are they looking into.. :S

None of this, yet. Keep pushing yourself up the pyramid of importance.

I know, I know, I was just saying that it's funny 'cause with that kind of answer another user could actually think they were looking into some kind of transaction, and maybe it would have been even funnier if I went on asking about its status from time to time for the next weeks. :P

Well if you look at the dates in my ticket I submitted one on the 2nd and got the first answer on the 22nd.. But maybe you'll get one sooner if your ticket has a higher priority. Don't give up the hope! :)

Oh Steam Support, there's just nothing like you. <3

Maybe I should submit another ticket in the bug tracker category about it..? :D

So, about 1 month ago I contacted Steam support for an issue I have on Greenlight. I'm not complaining about the time it takes to get some answers. And neither about receiving some generic replies to make sure the issue isn't something that the user could solve by himself by reading FAQs and so on. I also know that since I'm not a native english speaker, my phrases sometimes might result confusing... But I think that there is a limit on how much you can misunderstand, and the answer I got this morning is way beyond that limit.
But enough with my rant, I'll let the screenshots speak for me.
Edit: The title of the ticket is "Adding contributors to a greenlight collection not working properly" and it's opened under the Steam -> Greenlight section, of course.

Part 2
These are the screenshots attached on my 5th reply:

P.S.: While we're on the subject, did anyone else try to do the same thing? Did someone actually manage to add contributors to his collection, or this issue is preventing everyone from doing that?
