Is steamgifts.com invite only?

Hey guys,
This is probably a stupid question but i am just wondering if steamgifts.com is an invite only site? I remember trying to join a while back and i think it said it was invite only. When i came back to the site a few days back it said i registered 10 months ago when i don't remember being able to complete registration. Any help would be appreciated :)

It used to require an invite code to join, however that was loooots of months ago.

It used to be. And yes, it's kind of a stupid question. :D (Not really.) But the open invitation happened at least six months ago, if not longer.
