Favorite manga : Ed Edd'n Eddy - the good and bad guys, how things from "past" have a huge influence on present or even future

Favorite anime : - the same-, more interesting

1) I've been watching anime for like 18 years now, so my favorite OF THIS SEASON is probably Gatchaman Crowds. I like it when they get super-hero stuff right, and it's interesting with good art.

2)I read comic books, but uh... Berserk maybe? That or Air gear... just trying to think of stuff I read that didn't get a thorough animating :)

1) Dragon Ball Z why? nostalgia mainly but i recently rewatched it all and its still great but i am really loving Attack on Titan

2) Attack on Titan, love the characters and the story so far and its the only manga i've read properly as I have only read two mangas (that and abit of the pokemon manga). I should read more (in general as well as manga).

1) Cowboy Bebop. Still remember the day I watched Session 5 Ballad of Fallen Angels for very first time, it is just the best anime episode I've ever seen.

2) Tenshi Kinryouku (Angel Sanctuary) - The world how we know it, is about to be destroyed. The only one who can save us is Setsuna Mudo, but he doesn't care, he only wants to be together with his beloved sister. You have to love the world of angels and demons which is not as black and white how it sounds. A lot of Heart in the story and also in the drawing, but way too many characters (I have made a mind map xDDD)

1) K-On! I love characters and great music in this series. I even have bunch of figurines!

2) Same as above, but without the music... You can't hear the music in manga HAHA xD

btw. Did someone watched new Toaru Majutsu no Index movie? It was awesome. J.C. Staff always makes good series...

13 hours has passed since my last post that include my favorite anime and manga..... yet invite haven't arrive. My food and water are getting low. i might survive for another 2 days. but the other mental are weakening some even write their own full name in that book of the dead.

Favorite anime: sakurasou. cause that anime make my heart broke... and gave me the urges to study.
Favorite manga: Kagerou Project. love the plot especially ENE that got into electronic form and now is immortal

2. Don't read much manga, so I can't answer too much, I could go talk about how I want to read the Attack on Titan manga :P

My favourite anime that's complete would be Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood (not the original FMA). Reason: Great story/character development, style, and perfect pacing.

Favourite anime that's ongoing is defintely Naruto. Reason: It's Naruto!!!

Manga is a hard one. I loved Berserk manga but the creator has changed the mood and style of it so much since the creator is now obsessed with idolmaster (seriously google Kentaro Miura's idolmaster and compare the style to original Berserk). Claymore is also a possible favourite. They both have great detail in the drawings and characterization. Storyline is also top notch (except for the newer Berserk chapters).

Not sure if it counts as "manga" but The Walking Dead comics are also great imo.

Favorite anime is Sword Art Online because the story is pretty unique.
Favorite manga is One Piece because I find the story getting more interesting as the story moves forward.

Favorite anime: Gungrave. It's a very underrated show. The characters, plot, soundtrack and even the English dub is just awesome. I love shows that are different. And a Mafia family drama + biomonster domination show is just a sick idea. Plus, it has one of the best endings I've ever seen. Anime, manga, movie, TV show, etc. One of the best.

Favorite manga: History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi. I don't read a lot of manga. Just Kenichi and Naruto. I hate reading. But after watching the Kenichi anime, I couldn't help but become obsessed with the manga. A mix of real world martial arts and superhuman awesomeness makes it really addictive. Plus the ecchi... that's always a plus in my book.

Mm, favorites....

Well, for my favorite Anime it'd have to be a toss up between Trigun and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

Trigun has a wonderful cast for the dub (Oh Nicholas D Wolfwood, you sexy voiced man) and the humor is just great. Overall the story for the Anime is really good, though some of the stuff omitted from the Manga is a bit disappointing. Animation quality is admittedly not the best at some moments, but it's far from terrible. All in all I'd say it's charming.

With Haruhi, honestly, I'd say it's a fairly unique anime. This is another anime that has a great Voice Cast for the dub, amusingly enough sharing a main voice actor with Trigun. Each of the character has their own charm around them that just works when they interact. Storywise, I'd have to say it's brilliant. It more or less follows the first novel perfectly, as far as the first six episodes go, after that they pull from the other novels seemingly at random. The animation quality is very good, though there's nothing particularly unique about it.

Now then, with Manga....I must admit, I haven't read too much Manga so I don't really have much to choose from. Manga get expensive and I much prefer having physical copies so that doesn't help my cause at all haha.

My favorite would have to be a Spinoff Manga of the fourth Haruhi Suzumiya novel titled The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki.
The Manga takes place in an alternate universe established in the fourth novel. I can't really go into much detail because spoilers, but yeah. The characters haven't lost any of their charm, and while the story isn't quite as eccentric, they're still quite nice. It's a simple Manga, one of those Slice of Life Manga, I believe they're called.

Favorite Anime: Hellsing Ultimate: Loved the original but my favorite one has the be the newer one that follows the manga more closely it has an interesting plot, amazing fight scenes and deep interesting characters

Favorite Manga: Noblesse: Brilliant manga with a deep plot and interesting characters that is serious at times and at other times hilarious.
