From where this Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 4 stuff is comming?

I see in Steamtrades, that some people offer Call of Duty 4 for prices like 2-3 tf2/dota 2 keys. Is there some free giveway? Or a cheap promotion? Or is just me.

Stacksocial has it for 75% off ($5 USD). Pretty darn cheap, considering it's still $50 in the AU store.

I'd think about it. It's not on Steam's 100 most played games, so there could be problems with finding people for online games.
