You already received your second chance, as you are still able to enter giveaways on steamgifts without any restrictions.
If you want to enter SGTools protected giveaways in the future, then just buy the game and activate it. You will be able to enter those giveaways again.

SGtool checks for unactivated go away if you add the game to account... So multiple-wins are only thing that is rather more permanent.

You are not banned from sgtools, not even with an infraction.
You just don't pass the not-activated rules that the giveaway creator uses.

First question is why you didn't activate it. If it's recent... well, you've been on here for over 2 months, made over 200 comments, so you're active in the forum... have probably entered sgtools GAs (since 8 of the 14 you won are invite only)... and never noticed the no multiple wins and all games activated stuff???
EDIT: VAC ban on steam means you used cheating software in games

It happened when i entered..as i said i didn't read the rules correctly. Gave the key to my friend coz i didn't liked the game :(

Incorrect. "Red Xs" in the won section mean the game was not received by the winner. We are talking about non activated games shown by sgtools that have been marked as received.

? But you said here that you gift it to a friend? If you haven't regifted the game you could still activate it on you account. Nothing will happen with the suspension you already served but you would be able to enter sgtools giveaways.

But, instead of buying the game now at full price, try to find someone willing to trade it for cheap, or wait for a sale.
The next time, you should refrain from entering giveaways for uninteresting games.
Most importantly, be nice to others, it might also gain you some whitelist spots!

Technically, you did regift it, just not on here but to a friend. But if you add the game to your account, it should be removed? I mean, I don't see why it wouldn't. Or I just don't understand what you're asking.

the regift part means you shouldn't do anything else than activate the key in your account. people regifting it on sg or elsewhere will be punished.

Yes, i didn't read the rules when i enter so i didn't activated the game in a required time. Therefore i was banned, now i cannot enter any SGTools competition. Should the member have a 2nd chance if it really didn't read the rules correctly?
If the rules are broken 2nd time then it should be banned for a lifetime. What say you?
