Problem with replies notification

Replies on giveaway pages don't count btw.

This does happen on to me on SteamTrades though. If someone leaves an initial offer/post in your trading thread it will show in your replies, but not if you reply to them and then they reply once again to that (the 2nd one or beyond in the tree does not show). This sometimes results in people replying in your trading thread but not showing in your "replies", so you have to manually check your thread unfortunately =/

The weird thing is, if you make a post anywhere in someone else's trading thread and then someone replies to that, it does show in replies. Makes no sense to me.

I think what you're referring to is when you make a comment and then someone replies to that, but then another person replies to the first replier. The second reply would not notify you since they're not replying to you directly.

Edit: On a side note, if you're using the SG Plus addon I have asked Kaitlyn to possibly add in a feature to filter the forums for threads that we have commented in.

Yeah I've had it happen to me both here and steamtrades. And I really wish we could get giveaway post replies :)

Yes and yes, I have noticed both, though it's definitely more consistent of a problem for replies on your own thread, less so in the other case. I had multiple occurrences in this thread and I actually made a ticket about it and I think cg is now aware of it (the reply was "Hi, It's been added on the site problem list. You will get notified when it is fixed.")

Edit: I don't have one favorite colour, although I prefer cool colours to warm colours. Clouds are all fluff, looks like a big meal but it isn't all that filling

I haven't noticed a problem with the reply notifications, but that is probably because no one likes me and would want to reply. My favorite color is clear, and clouds taste like the hopes and dreams of an unbroken heart.

This is happening again, since last maintenance if I'm not wrong (last week)
