Public, group and invite giveaways give the same amount of value. It's just whether it's bundled or not that counts. Check out this list for all the bundled games! They give 15% of the value. So if a game is worth $10, it will give you $10 CV if unbundled, and $1.5 if bundled. :)

Depends on your level. For level 1, you just need to give away one game that's worth something, even if it's just $1 (there are a few removed games that are worth 0)
Here's a list of the value needed for each level
If a game is on this list, it's worth 15% of its actual value when it comes to leveling up.
Also, make sure to read the FAQ, to avoid some of the common mistakes that new users make.
