this is a scammer

when you trade with someone and when you see his profile first you will see he is lvl 26 steam and have +rep on his account

always my advice don't trust anyone and always search in steamrep.com if have any reports before or not

edit:. he has 4 reports on steamrep and 7 negative rep on steamtrades and you traded with him? aff, just install enchanced steam...
also on his profile it says that he is being impersonated so you better check with who you really traded with
