If the site ever started enforcing activations automatically, that would be a really good idea.

But with key revokes as a thing, I don't think it's the best idea.

Still, I think a list of suspensions available somehow to giveaway creators would be nice. Even maybe just a "Last suspended on MM/DD/YY" would be helpful - if their most recent violation is after that date, you know to report it.

I may be wrong. But
An external person/software/website can't redeem a key on steam for any account. It has to be the owner to activate a key using "Add a game" option.

Exactly, I think that's the reason bundles website had to stop doing "activation links" instead of keys.

Although GauRocks said "If the site ever started enforcing activations automatically", not necessarily automating the activation process, but rather automatically punish people who don't, I'd assume.

I meant more along the lines of "if you sync with the game marked received and it's not in your library, it sends a ticket to support"

If the site ever starts checking our wins, it would be pretty easy to add a check for rerollable winners - if they have a non activation in the last month, the site would know that and offer the option. The problem is, adding that check seems like a bad idea. And without it, you only get the option on people who have already been punished.

well yes, if a support member goes thru every single person and tags them with that and then goes thru and untags them once they are no longer capable of being re-rolled on.. but since there isn't thousands of support members to be able to handle that, i'll stick with impossible.
