A Binding of Isaac Question

Since nobody's answered me in the community hub so far and my finger hurts.

Is there any way to change the controls of the game? And if not, a 3rd Party software that'll do it?

Because I broke the left arrow key of my laptop, and although it works when I press it hard, it REALLY hurts my finger, and sometimes doesn't work anyways.

And this is the only game I have where I HAVE to use this key.

You could use joy2key if you wanted to use a controller. It's a pretty easy to use program to map any keys to any controller.
