I don't get it, they just made a big deal of how the video they were about to show was gameplay... yet there was about 5 seconds of actual gameplay.

OK, real talk.
Name of the console is bad. I know more or less what they want to achieve with it (only one game, haha), but it's not a good idea to name a third console One. It's like they went back to first Xbox, which failed.
Paying for pre-owned games confirmed. Nothing more to say.
No backward compatibility. Nothing more to say again.
Voice commands are OK, I guess. I wonder how will this work outside english speaking countries and with various people accents.
TV watching. Now with vioce command. I don't think it's a good idea. Just let Sony make TV that works this way. "Bravia, go home."
Skype multitasking is nice idea. Almost like PC.
Controller looks a little improved. D-pad looks promising, we'll see how it turns out.

Now for games:
EA Sports, hooray. No real gameplay shown, + it's EA Sports. We all know how it is with their games.
New Forza. No real gameplay shown. We'll see on E3.
Quantum Break. Again, no gameplay shown. What is this I don't even.
15 exclusives, yay. Or maybe not. What if they'll be Kinect DanceSportParty. Not much info, so it's hard to say if they'll be good.
Halo TV with Spielberg. I never was interested in Halo, but I guess it might be good. But it's not really relevant to console.
Big surprise: Call of Duty: Ghosts. New engine, new look, new possibilities. Dogs and emotions. The only gameplay shown on conference. About 30 seconds. Exclusive Xbox One DLC for some time.

To sum up, one big failure and disappointment. No gameplays, TV functions, better Kinect. Things no gamer cares about. It's like they are not even trying to make a good conference since, like, E3 2010. Even more casual console than Wii was. But Wii had games. For now it looks like Ouya is more promising.

EDIT: Oh, I forgot about how it looks. It's horrible. It's painful to look at it. It's just a bad design. Look at Wii U. It has nice design. Xbox One... has really bad one. They should make it... in the same style as controller. It looks like "modern" VCR.
