I've seen high level users enter who didnt qualify so it isnt that.
I dont blame them. Its an odd situation that you need a dlc to be able to activate another dlc.

at the other hand it's not just some bundle leftover key, it's a quite pricy DLC, not seen major sales etc, so I'd hate to just take it without you not getting at least SG proof of your generosity ;p

I can relate. Last time I did this, I saw the biggest international post-Cold War agreement when 3 Russians and 2 Americans entered a giveaway of mine, even though their entry were all invalid. And they were among the first seven entries.
(I went ahead with the giveaway and managed to finish it with only 4 rerolls or something like that.)

Hm, reading through your requirements I think I am viable. Then again, I have the White March Part 2 already ^^ And I played enough PoE for the moment. Still have to consider if I want to do the Iron Trial and Path of the Damned Achievements. Will more then likely skip on the Triple Crowns -_-

Well, I am an achievement hunter .... But I know when something is outside of my reach. That there are people who achieved the Ultimate without cheating is insane. If I remember how much I died/failed/reloaded on normal difficulty with a full team then I will gladly skip this. You know with preparation and reading around getting the Triple Crowns are possible. Maybe even the Triple Crown Solo since you can avoid the really nasty stuff. But killing the Dragons without any help? Forget it.

Triple Crown with a party is not that particularly difficult though, you just need to use custom characters (albeit it should be more than doable with story NPCs). Frankly, I was more afraid of random crashes during attempts than actual enemies.

Hm, now that you mention it I think the game never crashed on me. And yea, at the end of the game i was swimming in gold (despite keeping all unique equipment) so I could just send wave after wave of mercenary characters until the enemies have filled their killing counter and will self-destruct. It would still take a lot of time and I'm not sure I am up for that.
You have done it on the DRM free version? Cause I don't see the achievements unlocked on your Steam account.

Nah, I croaked at one attempt at the winter dragon in Act III, and with the next batch, I crashed before the last fight and lost the save file. Or the 2.0 rebalances messed up my party and died. One of the two.
This is where I put down PoE and started waiting until they stopped patching it. I am still planning to get the expansions and do the Ultimate eventually. Unless those White March high-level fights are as bullshit as people say they are.

Ouch, that hurts. Those have been at least 40 hours of commitment. Well. First, recently they released the patch for version 3.x which is to my understanding the last major patch they will do. Second, why did you even fight the Sky Dragon? I would probably chose the far easier and safer option of talking to him and convincing Hylea that it was the correct decision. The same for the Frozen Temple quest. With so much at stake I would also use the diplomatic approach.
As for the White March. Although I did it on normal only I was stupid enough to upscale the difficulty and I fear this made some fights rather unpleasant. But there was no fight in the whole game which made me as mad as the Alpine Dragon. Screw that Bastard!

In my experimentation, all fights could be cheesed in the base game somehow. (Albeit they pugged in more with the patches than in their previous games where they made the rules instead of licensing them. I will never stop being amused how utterly overpowered and broken thrown weapons are in Arcanum, surpassing any ancient magical sword or extremely rare high-caliber firearm in sheer damage.) I am more concerned about which class could be used now, that will take a little time to find out on the first normal White March run.

Well Tyranny is to expensive for me at the moment (got PoE cheaper since I backed it). But even then I have a problem with the premise of the game. I just don't like playing the evil one, being cruel, unforgiving. While the achievements seem to imply that you can help some kind of rebellion I would still miss out the primary purpose of the game. So I will probably skip on Tyranny.
Also it seems it has a lot less content than PoE (although this doesn't need to be something bad since it was just massive). I would have expected a lower price on that. I'm still waiting for achievements on Icewind Dale so I can buy/play that one. Or maybe the new Torment which also seems to be more in line with my preferred playstyle.

Many people think the same but I would not condemn it because of this reason. The evil side can be a nice change. I have played many RPGs for the good side so I like to try the other side.

I understand the appeal of it. And it is an actually good thing to give players the option to play evil once in a while since video game industry is mostly tailored to being the hero. It is just nothing for me. And with all the interesting games out there I have not much reason to change it at the moment ^^ Maybe I will give it a try in the far future.

I found it refreshing Tyranny forces you to play evil.
I've tried being evil on games like Fallout or (I think) Baldurs gate but when I had the option I always picked the friendly way. Now I have to.
I only played the Tyranny prologue. Which consists of picking different routes and answering multiple questions which adds background to the character. So people act differently because of the decisions you made in the prologue. Well made and pretty cool imo. I hope I find some time soon to start playing. Currently all my gaming hours are taken by Battlefield 1.

Like above. It is a good thing to give players the option to be evil. And I understand the appeal of it for many people. It is just not for me. I'm not totally into role-playing my characters but I normally play them with my consciouness in mind. So they normally pick the options I would pick in real life too (not that I encounter quests often there ...)
Maybe in a far future. For the moment I would consider more to play Baldur's Gate 1 which is in my library ^^ Although I'm missing the DLC. Apparently it is broken and not that good but as achievement hunter ....

Wish I'd spotted the public GA; it's odd I didn't as White MArch Part 2 is wish listed and I check the wish list list most days. Ah well. Anyway good luck in finding it a home. I have the base game & first DLC but I only have 2 hours play time (enough time played to know I will play it and add it to my backlog) but to be honest I'd not play it until next summer at the earliest as I am currently playing Witcher 1 with Divinity Original Sin next on my RPG list and RPGs usually take me 3-4 months to complete.

Funnily enough I would satisfy all 3 requirements, but I don't think I'll ever get around to actually playing the thing.
I bought the game, played a few hours, restarted to reroll my character, played a bit more and then dropped it.
Then I bought the first dlc, promising to myself I'd get around to going back and playing the game, promise still unfulfilled to this day. What can you do, it's scary to get into such a long game :3

Changed some rules. Level 6 and higher with an added option to promise to buy TWM1 before activating the key if you won my GA.

I have a Steam key of Pillars of Eternity's 2nd dlc, The White March part 2.
There's one tiny problem. You will need both Pillars of Eternity base game AND The White March Part 1.
If you dont own both you'll get the " you need to own....etc."
