Careful. I got hit with a reCaptcha request on my phone, which reloaded my tab page and messed up my BTA. I tested it on the desktop and if you BTA, there is no reCaptcha.

You have to click reCaptcha again if it expired BEFORE you click 'Pay with Card' or 'Check out with Paypal' but it does NOT help now (at least if you not paying BTA at once and only for example 1$). It still save actual BTA from clicking Pay/Check out moment (or purchasing moment) even if you have lower BTA in your web browser tab/page without refreshing it. It is different now than it was in the past.
(Maybe if you pay BTA at once you can pay that BTA which you have on your page/tab in your web browser without refreshing. I'm not sure.
BTW Logging into Humble Bundle account also will refresh your page. If you have good BTA you can just write your e-mail instead of logging in.)
I had $6.56 on my page in my web browser but after paying 1$ I have to pay $6.25 (so new total is $1.00 + $6.25 = $7.25) for BTA.

I wrote inter alia about this problem to Humble Bundle Support and after exchange of emails etc. (I also added screenshots with my explanations etc. but I don't have screenshot from moment of my purchase of course) I got an answer:

Nope.
In some cases there are EU and ROW (US) keys, plus some indivudual region keys for countries where the games have been cut in some way.
I got DE keys for Germany and they did this in the past with cut games.

Unfortunately you can only see this when you activate the key to be completely sure, but you can go to the front page again and look for the disclaimer that it's regionlocked or not. If you see it, shit happens but you can refund it if you haven't redeemed anything (worked for me once) or you don't see it and it should be okay.
Judging from my experience Humble Bundle doesn't always mark their bundles as regionlocked or region specific. Happened to me when I bought the Borderlands bundle and only after one or two days (and a lot of complaints by Germans who got cut keys) they put up a little, tiny warning at the bottom about it.

There's no disclaimer as far as i can tell, but I wanted to warn buyers in case they buy the bundle and then suddenly find region-locked keys in their library T_T

Well, I activated Resident Evil and it was the cut key for Germany. Took no screenshots because most Germans are already aware that they sell region-based keys (and they're pissed too!)
As I said disclaimers often get added after a few days. I wanted a refund for my Borderlands bundle back then and they were like "Oh, yeah, didn't mention you would get the censored version. Disclaimer's up."

I think it was RE Revelations, can't remember which one, but in the For Uncut group someone said it was the first one, although the key is just DE so maybe nothing is cut? Which would be freakin' great, I already settled with the thought of having the german versions.
Oh and apparently the key or Lost Planet says it's LV (Low Violence) My bad it's DMC.

No need to! Problem is resolved. The cut key was automatically revoked and I got a new key with the normal version insted. That was even before I got any reply from support so mabye they're doing this automatically then. Plus newly purchased bundles get the uncut key.

I can confirm that buyers will get keys that locked depending on they region. For example, i got RU/CIS keys, and this is ridiculous. I hope at least DMC is not censored like DE locked version. Here is a screenshot, you can add this in OP if you want

Japan or Norway, followed by US. I don't know if Japanese is localisation-locked or not. Japanese publishers tend to do that, then again these REs seem to have one version on Steam only.

Really? Is there any proof or evidence? That would mean that you could just create a gift link for everything and get a ROW key, but I believe that the keys will be adjusted to the receiver's IP.

Yes, that's what I mean. If you gift the gift link to a Russian it will create a RU/CIS key for him/her just as it creates a DE keys for us. Thinking about it ... next time we get aware of such a bad trap we could send the gift link to a trusted American friend and have him create ROW keys for us.... :)

Tricky, tricky eeev! Or just let a friend buy it, this way the keys are ROW as well.
Although, as you should know, some games have ROW (US), EU, DE, JP etc. keys, so US keys won't always work, since they can be regionlocked or blacklisted. So in some cases you'll need someone from the EU.

True. Experienced it with somebody I wanted to trade Sleeping Dogs with, he was an American and I was unable to activate his key. No Sleeping Dogs for me :(

Apparently, and I just read this in the For Uncut group on Steam, the key for DmC is CUT (CENSORED) even though there shouldn't be any cut version anymore (censored isn't being distributed anymore, only uncut). So Humble Bundle sells the censored version just for the sake of this bundle.
(Only assumptions at this point until confirmed by someone who plays the version)

Noone really knows if the LV version affects the gameplay that much. I couldn't find anything on Google about it.

The version you get at the German steam store is definitely ROW.
LV tag is not always a sign that it's censored like Titan Quest or Sniper Elite V2 (kill cam was added later).
But it's realy strange only read that a dialogue in the definitive edition was censored. I think Humble mixed something up.

It's not about having a regionlock, but that they are giving cut versions to Germans where the game is originally uncut.
People who installed the game said that it launched in Japanese and that they can't change the language unless they take some changes in the launch settings or the folder etc.
So I watched a video on the censorship of the Japanese version and it has the before mentioned cuts.
I hope it's all not true but I guess it is. Evidence is there. Got a support ticket pending along with a bunch of other angry guys. :D
