After switching from Firefox to Chrome I was able to register, but I've got no confirmation e-mail. IMO, forget this crap.

well the offer expire but it won't give random key for a game, just for Project Genesis but expired.

There is no steam key in the profile page for me, even if you linked your steam account, not even making a second account.
Probably only if you did receive a mail, and they are just out.
