Lots of factors could come into play with these "statistics". I would asssume most console gamers are probably teenagers who received it from their parents or can't afford the purchase and upgrades of a PC. Is a teenager going to admit that their partner sucks at sex? Have they had sex with enough partners to know whether it's good or bad?

I imagine CBS Seattle just received a new Xbox 360 and Kinect for that news report though and a couple hundred stupid teenagers now feel the need to get an Xbox 360 in hopes they'll get laid.

It's not that odd of a stat really.

I have a few different consoles from throughout the ages but I primarily spend my time with my PC and my Xbox...but I play a lot of PC games using an Xbox controller...
