Has anybody ever had a problem with a steelseries product? I have bought 2 mice in the last 2 years from them, which both times the right click slowly degrades until eventually becoming unpressable. I have spoke to steelseries and they refuse to replace the mouse without me sending it back. This would mean I would have to pay the P&P to send it to Denmark which would cost me over half the price I originally paid for the mouse in the first place. What do you think of this or has it happened to you?

Only have a mousepad and since 1 month a siberia v2, not a single issue till now. And its quite common that you have to send the damaged device back...

I've had the sensei and siberia v2 for about a year now. No issues.

I have the sensei, v2 and a mousepad from ss, only the mousepad has some wear marks, everything works fine even after "a few" rage attacks...

I would dismantle the mouse and clean it. It's probably just accumulated gunk.
You'd probably be voiding any warranty by doing this, but it sounds like the warranty will cost you shipping anyway -- your call.

I have Ikari Laser mouse and its lift-off distance makes gaming impossible. The coursor is jumping insanely over the screen while repositioning mouse on the mousepad. I guess I should return it.

I've had two pairs of 7H headsets, both broke in less than 6 months. Love their keyboards though. Their support is pretty neat too!

Same, sadly the support won't help much cause the model it self is bound to break cause of the pretty shitty design of the 2 side connectors to the upper part, so after replacing twice i just gave up and never got a steelseries product again.

Exactly the same for me, really bad build design for the price.

bought a siberia v2 frost blue. claims to be super comfortable or wtv shit and after a month or 2 of continuous usage the head band became loose and the whole headphone sags drag my ear down along. purely cosmetic product and will never buy that again. was contemplating on their mouse but after the headphone thing i dont trust them anymore

Yeah I don't think im going to buy from Steelseries again. The fact I would have to pay over half of what the item is worth to send it back even though i have had it for a considerable amount less than a year, I think it might be around 8 or 9 months.

Sensei RAW - Wheel moves left and right and makes an annoying sound.

+1 to this, side buttons are also moving around a bit. Not really annoying though.

Roccat, broke a second time after replacing it at the exact same spot after only 3 months of usage.

I have a the Lachesis now and sometimes it just turns off, I have to replug the USB to make it work again.

I have Xai and the only problem I've had with it was the triggers starting to double-click when I only clicked once. I fixed that with some compressed air and WD-40.

Sucks that happened to you.
Hopefully next time you'll buy a quality product instead of a gaming branded one.
