Dispenser.tf - help, how does it work ?

So I am trader, and I just saw that many people were using their own 24/7 bot on dispenser.tf. So I just wanted to know how it works, do i get my own bot? A community bot for all ? is it safe?

Any info regarding the site would be great and whether it would be suggested to use it or not for small time reselling...

Edit: Its confusing, what to do? Maybe the site is not for a small scale reseller like me ?

Yes, I did say small time reselling, I usually buy in bulk during seasonal sales. I just sold off all my games from winter sales

The good thing about it is you can specify up to 3 different forms of payment, keys metal combinations, other games you'd accept tf2 hats dota items. You get 10 free slots to begin with to test out you can PayPal or donate items for bigger perks. It's all on the site faq I've used it for months only 1 snafu at the beginning but it was taken care of promptly.
