I really like the ending of Turrican II on Amiga ... because it was hard work to reach the last boss and the End-Theme by Chris Hülsbeck was an great Song!

+1 on that. The way it all unfolds quickly with great music and narrative along the emotions it shows.

DMC Devil May Cry. A recent game with a decent Ending.

There's a mellowy, kind of bittersweet ending to the Blade Runner game, where you don't help the replicants, nor the guy wanting them dead, but you "escape" with the replicant teenager girl (maybe Lucy was her name? Can't remember). It was so beautifully bleak and uncomforting, yet it still could pass as a "happy ending". Made me reflect a lot; kudos for that.

What about Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 ending ?

<SPOILER ALERT!!!> I liked the fact that you can avoid final fight by simply letting letho go... Not many games let you talk yourself out of the last encounter (I've heard only about Planescape:Torment. And there is always Mass Effect, but then that dude gets reanimated and you have to fight him anyway -.-)
<SPOILERS END HERE>

I know many people hated it, but I was pretty pleased with my Mass Effect 3 ending.
