Blue screen. Yes a f'king blue screen while playing ..

Assassins creed on ps3 right after it came out... It'd constantly freeze, but one time it froze and corrupted data and so I had to start all over... Which I never did because I was right at the end and that's just frustrating/something I don't normally go back to for a while.

He was stuck on my window until I got shot down.

Just cause 2 three items away from getting all the items in game. . . and I find the ammo box and I get it and it gives it to me. I save load up and find I'm missing three again go back and the ammo box is gone, no way to officially 100% the game.

Mosquitoes during summer. Mosquitoes are the worst bugs ever.

Ghost Recon Future Soldiers wins by award for buggiest game of the last 5 years. Couldn't even launch it until I reinstalled the whole thing about 3 times, and then had to put up with it closing itself every 10 to 20 minutes. That combined with the broken ai of my teammates (if I had to restart at a checkpoint they would insist on running the complete opposite direction all the way back to the start of the level) meant I never finished it.

Oh, I've also heard mouse and keyboard didn't work with it at launch... yeah -.-

I'm a lucky guy aren't I? My worst bug has been and currently is in GTAIV or EFLC if I check GFWL or Steam sometimes using the in-game shortcuts, my mouse appears on the screen and won't go away. Annoying, but not gamebreaking.

Worst bug I've ever gotten is the entire game of Orion Dino Beatdown.

Must be that bug that crawls in the screen of my monitor, although it disappeared for weeks now.. must have found his way out

The worst bug i had was in Borderlands :( After 30 hours of gameplay with my friend (we were half way through game, we were slacking alot :D) our current storyline quest just disappeared from quest log :( We were checking everywhere but we just werent able to get that quest back, so my friend gave up on BL :(

Actually i have an really worse bug at Far Cry 3 after playing the "Knifethrowing Minigame"...you loose all your weapons+Rocks and the Camera after playing :) ...thanks god i finished the main story before, there is an mission where you MUST need the camera xD...hope Ubi fix this shit fast...

But yeah, thats one of the worst bugs i ever had...mafia 2 has a stupid one too, didnt recorded finishing a mission...so the mission pointer keeps on the map and achtive...yeah...last mission i could not start because of this bug...half game i could play again but lost the fun on it :D maybe in some years again...

On a more serious note I don't think I can remember a game breaking bug I've gotten. The most recent one was while playing Morrowind I couldn't advance the main quest for some reason. Luckily it was on PC so I could just use the console to advance it.

Fallout New Vegas. After finished a few boomer quests quitting the game. playing for another 10 hours coming back to the boomers and them shooting the cannon at me even though they were friendly. Never found a way to fix it and had to start a new game. >_<

id say about 30% of my time playing hotline miami i encounter the worst bugs (map keeps blinking, there is no textures on anything, every room is the sort of rainbow color you see outside normally, the game crashes, no sound on startup) although even with all that it is my favorite game this year

A house full of cockroaches several years ago. Not cool. I'll trade a thousand blue screens of death to never have to see another roach again...
