i've put some hours in GT5, mostly with BMW and Toyota cars, but skipped GT6

I know that GT is hard to get into, but is so worth the effort!
Try finding a car that represents you. Mine is the Shuichi Shigeno AE86 '00. I love that fella.
Gran Turismo (and Forza) are awesome games, but they're not very Novice-friendly. I would really recommend giving GT6 another chance, since you already own it :D

But GT6 isn't a game to be included on backlog, just like other racing or sport games. Just race for fun, as long as you will get bored :D

Delta, you should totally give it a chance. We have a great time playing together with yous1964, i's really worth it. To get into you can do few first races, and then try with different cars. Just find the cars that fits you. FR, MR, FF, 4WD, or even a moon vechicle :D

You mean Elise? :P There are lot of it's variations in GT6. Just win few races, earn some money (you get multiplier for logging day after day) abd buy one. Or buy Ferrari :D

Oh man I play GT since the first game of that franchise. Unluckily I have no TV at the moment, so I can't play anymore. I miss so many seasonables right now. :-(
I prefer to drive a white Renault Sport Mégane R.S. Trophy '11 as it is practically the same car as I have in reality. Except that the virtual version has more power of course (mine has 96kW). I tried to emulate my real car as good as possible with it.
For racing purpouses I put most time on Renault Sport Mégane Trophy '11 races. Of course I chose always my 15th anniversary edition.

Gran Turismo is one of my favorite game franchises. I even bought PS3 (yes, PS3 instead of PS4) and monitor for university so I could just play it :)
I recently bought Thrustmaster T300RS, but I don't use it at uni, so I instead go with DS3. I'm not a fan of AE86 or Initial D though. I prefer using multiple cars than sticking with one, especially when there's above thousand to choose from. My top 3 cars are Dodge Viper GTS, Lamborghini Galardo LP 560-4 and Mazda RX7.

We've played a lot of GT6 together, and I know there are many other awesome drivers in Steamgifts!
I used to hate driving until I met Initial D, and I have fell in love with the Toyota AE86, the star of the series.
So, I made a club in GT6 to share our AE86 time attack records! (And ghosts, if available).
The name of the club is AE86 Time Trials (ID: 1052571). If any of you guys play GT6 with the AE86 (be it trueno, corolla or levin), enter the club! It would be awesome to have new challenges!
Even if you don't race the AE86, join the club! Leave a message with your favorite machine and PSN! Let us all have some fun together!
I'm thinking about organizing some races between us when the club grows a little.
Who knows, you may find some really awesome people lurking in the forums :D
