I wanted to make a giveaway with a copy of Dota 2 but it won't let me. I have three in my steam inventory, so why can't i?

cause it is a free game... there was a massive amount of dota2 giveaway spam on here.. so the staff opted to remove the option to give it away.

I'm pointing out the truth. It might hurt, but the copies Valve gives users constantly are worthless. The $30 purchase in store had some value for crappy items and the fact that users in China could activate it, but you still would have difficulty in finding anyone wanting it outside of those reasons.

Nope, they got removed.

And besides, it was 1 cent. The other 2 cents was Valve's cut.
