World of Goo & Peggle Nights I bought at the same time but World of Goo technically first.

The first one on my original account(and only one on that one) was Skyrim. Then I didn't use the account for 2 years and had completely forgotten my login creds+the email I had registered with was invalid by then. On this account it was This War of MIne

The first game I purchased for myself was Hitman Absolution.

The Dota 2 open beta. Back then, my pc was so slow i couldn't finish installing it until the game was fully released. Then I played it and realised i didn't like clicky-clicky MOBAs
After that, it seems Garry's Mod was my first purchased game. I spent like 83 hours playing solely Trouble in Terrorist Town. Those were the days where i could be so easily entertained.

my first game was Portal. made a Steam account when it was offered free, but I put off playing it for a long time so it wasn't the first game I played, that, if I remember right, was either Ghost Master or Bully

CS Anthology was the first thing i got on steam and then HL Anthology like a year or two later, followed by all of the other valve games (orange box, etc).

Basically the main reason i was brought over to steam was counter strike back in the day. Me and my brother used to have CS in some other way like a fake cd key or something like that. I've went through many accounts on steam before i got this one, i've had 3 accounts before this one, i still have control over one of them since it was supposedly my previous "main account" which contains valve games only, i shared (not really sharing with myself, i gave them the account) it with 2 friends, one of the two friends got hacked on steam and the hacker cheated in CSS. Basically the account is vac banned right now and not being used much. I recovered the account shortly after the situation and changed everything so nobody other than me can use the account, not that i have a use for it. Still it's under my control, unlike the previous 2 accounts which are probably gone from the database or hacked into oblivion.

Left4Dead :) I remember buying the game with my older brother, we both were a bit confused that we had to install Steam too. In the end it all worked pretty well though. I kind of remembered the game without checking but the number two I wouldn't have: Torchlight and there was half a year between those games!

And now I kind of want to play Left4Dead again, actually the second one since the first one (especially the end of the campaigns!) got a bit too boring after multiple playthroughs! And the game has my favorite survivor: Coach with epic singing skills!
