In addition to a more detailed focus on Cloud (FF7), who releases later TODAY, these 2 new characters were also revealed:
Bayonetta
Corrin, from the upcoming Fire Emblem Fates
Geno from Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars was also revealed as a Mii costume for Gunner.
Several other Mii Costumes were also shown, including:
Bionic Armor (Brawler)
Takamaru (Male Swordfighter)
Ashley (Female Sword Fighter)
Gil (Male Swordfighter)
Tails (Male Gunner)
Knuckles (Male Brawler)
Roy, Ryu, ROB, Cloud, Corrin, and Bayonetta are also getting amiibo figures. INB4 scalpers ruin things for everyone -_-
Who else is super excited?!
I was really hoping for Shovel Knight, but Bayonetta looks like so much fun to play, so I'm not even mad.
