Blacklist

The only thing that happens is that you won't be able to join their giveaways. And don't worry about it, anyone who's active in any way shape or form will end up on a few blacklists

You just can't enter or see their giveaways. Don't stress about it, it's not a big deal.

Best is to not care about and just by asking some will put you on their blacklist.

Don't bother the blacklist. If you made any mistake doing the giveaways, you can delete them and make it again.

Single upticks are nothing to be worried about. Everyone gets blacklisted sooner or later

Shadow Warrior GA has a strange description, which is not very easy to interpret. Someone might have ended up assuming you are giving away something region restricted and/or just being the occasional clueless user who can not tell apart giving from getting.

By the way Shadow Warrior Classic Redux: I can access the store page, and also could buy it, from Norway (so Europe, though not EU).
