That's normal for free weekend games, because they are either in your library or your recently played games list - and as long as they are there, SG will think you own them (blame Valve for the Steam API and how they handle free games after the free weekend).
Nothing you can do about it but wait and sync your profile after the game is gone from the pages I linked.

You'll have to wait until it's no longer in your "recently played" tab, which should be in a week or so from now.

Anyone else getting this? I tried out the game at the free weekend and it was great. Figured I'd see if there were any draws for it on here but now Steamgifts thinks that the game already exists in my account when it doesn't. Can't enter any draws for it but can enter draws for the DLC (which I haven't done because that would be pointless without the base game).
