never checked dota 2 out.. still on my to do list,
i am not pro region lock, and if so its because of lag and connection issue's language should never be a factor in my opinion (but then again iam into premade groups not pug)

No, i'm for the union of mankind. Any separation or limitation not conducive for that.

I am german myself and imho alot of german players i encounter online are a toxic pain in the ass, so a region lock would not be cool :D

I would like a region lock, or at least a language preference. Let alone the competitive issue, it's just simple more enjoyable to play when you can actually communicate with your teammates.
