Germans are stereotypicaly know as nazi killers, when they use their language.
Like every word or sentence sounds like some kind of weapon or order to kill someone.
Just explaining. I don't think that way.
Please write in english :)

John McClane: [shoots him] What was that?
Mathias Targo: [kicks McClane] He said "don't shoot".
He means an English question would be more welcome on this forum. ;-) Also, sorry, no experience with account hacking or Steam support speed.

Asbach Uralt is German and that's a fine beverage in modest quantities. :-)

From what I have read, because its a VAC ban they won't bother replying to you. I do find its stupid that they will not remove a VAC ban when they can see that it was done while your account was out of your control. They can simply see that IP address was different. At the very least the first time it happens, they should remove it. After a second time though, it should not be removed.
But also it hasn't even been 2 weeks yet, don't expect a response at all for at least 2 to 3 weeks.

Last time i had to deal with steam support it took me 2 weeks and in the end it was a copypasted response. 3 whole month of back and forth before my issue was resolve which is game refund. thankfully they made that easier but still, fuck em.

+1...
I had a pretty identical issue with something about steam wallet about a year ago and got some canned response that made no sense. Then when I pointed out it wasn't a sensible response got some curt answer and a "we won't be dealing with this anymore"
I did in fact reply inferring they were a living piece of feces and that they could indeed go fornicate with themselves, and while they were at it they should also orally stimulate me. But in shorter language.
Steam "support" 100% useless 100% of the time.

Steam Support is notoriously bad, unfortunately.
Their semi-automated support system for things like refunds seems to work a bit more reliably, but for any notable requests, you still spend weeks waiting on an answer, and when you get one, it's almost always a generic (and often not actually relevant) response.

Yeah but there should also be something like refunds for Community-Market purchases.
And in my opinion you should have the possibility to have the E-Mail comfirmation at more actions. For example before buying or selling Items. But like the confirmation of the trades it should be in a voluntary way. This would create a quite more save atmosphere and would stop many auto-buy bots or things like this.

I'm surprised that people still get their accounts hacked now that we have authenticators for months now. Or is this related to the links that hijack your inventory people keep clicking?

Oh so he remoted into your laptop and opened steam from within your own computer? Wow that's some dedication.

I really don´t know how this could happen. I was at home with my secured wifi and an internet security programme on my laptop. I also didn´t download anything strange. At first my laptop was restarting again and again. I thought it was an technical issue. After about 10 minutes it worked again and so I thought it was fixed. I started a security scan. It didn´t find anything. So I went to Steam and saw that I had some money in my wallet (before the issue i didn´t have any money). When I looked up my inventory I saw that all my expensive items were gone. So i looked into the community-market. I saw many transactions with "me" selling my items and "me" buying an 3ct skin for 60€. This was quite shocking. But yeah it happens I thought. As my laptop began restarting again, I put in an recovery to completely reset my laptop. The next day i started Steam again and saw that I was VAC-banned.. It´s really strange..

So your password still worked?
Then it was hijacked from afar, yes. Most likely through an open wifi at some point if you are sure you didn't download any executable files.
As for your Steam support issue: what ticket did you submit and under which category? Did you use a hijacked account ticket?

A few things to say:
1) Are you aware that VAC bans are usually delayed? So a ban you receive on one day, may be as a result of having cheated weeks ago. It could be coincidence that you received the VAC ban after your experience of getting hacked; the person who infiltrated your account may not have caused it.
2) From experience reading about people receiving VAC bans, it seems unlikely that someone would take control of your account to steal things from you but also want to load up a VAC-secured game to get you a VAC ban. Seems to be totally different motivations, it doesn't make sense.
3) Do you use Steam Achievement Manager? I'm not aware of confirmed reports but supposedly it can get you VAC banned if you have it running while connected to a VAC-secured server. Your TF2 achievements appear to be evidence of using SAM. A large number were unlocked on August 18. That would be consistent with you receiving a delayed VAC ban on the 27th or so of August.
4) In the case of VAC bans, they are indeed permanent and won't be reversed even if you were hacked. The only time they are reversed is when they ban on false positives, like a botched patch. If you're waiting on a support ticket about getting the ban reversed, don't get your hopes up. If you're hoping for them to say why you were VAC banned, they won't tell you either (as that information could aid cheat developers). All they will do is confirm whether or not the ban was valid or not (for whoever was using your account).
Really sucks that you had things stolen from you. Sorry to hear about that. You might have some luck recovering that if there's sufficient evidence, like Valve being able to see a IP address in a different country making a highly unusual purchase. It sounds like that won't be the case though from your above replies.

2) If VAC ban was really caused by hacker then it looks like good tactic, maybe SS have lower priority to ban cases etc
How it possible to buy cheap skins with 60€(rare cheap skins nobody sell or buy?)? In market you cant choose seller or price or im wrong?
Steam support is slow and first answers are copy-paste so it take long time to get solution.
I made support ticket 23. august and got solution 4. september(my case wasnt scam or ban).

Wrote this last night but you edited the topic in meantime so yeah.

Apparently some source games had a vulnerability that allowed people to run random code on your machines, that could trigger VAC and steal items\money
I don't know if that's the case, but nothing is black and white

Oh guys.. Of course I am this stupid to leave a game running while using SAM.. Just because I´m German/my account isn´t this old I´m not dumb. I read everything about SAM before using it. And by the way.. Wouldn´t I have been banned from TF2 or Anomaly Series for using SAM?
And then Archaniol why should I hack a game which I´ve been playing for 400 hours? This wouldn´t make any fucking sense.. Please think about silly comments before you write them.

Hey guys
I'm really disappointed with the Steam Support. I have sent a ticket on August 28, because I got a VAC ban after my computer was hacked, just to get to my account and then to sell my most expensive CSGO items and to buy a 3ct skin for 60€ from the profit. To date I have not received any feedback. Not even a "Unfortunately we can´t help you with this problem." It´s a shame. Why do we have a support when he either doesn´t answer or only in an unhelpful way?
Does anyone of you have similar experiences (ie account hacking or no feedback from the support)?
PS: pls excuse the German in the former post :D
