I have no idea about the game because I haven't played it but the Bugs/Suggestions category is only for bugs and suggestions which are related to Steamgifts, so to help keep everything in order, it's better that you change the category to general.
And perhaps a bit of elaboration on the problem that you're getting, screenshot maybe? so that users can help you.
