Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs took a few tries to get recognized but everything else worked first try. Thank you for the chart :)

Thanks to BrianFarnet: The GOG Connect Steam group is a useful way to get notified about future batches in your activity feed.
Did that group die or just changed its name?

Exactly from support. Opened a ticket right when i seen that wasn't added to my library. A few minutes later the game was pulled from the pool.
Their reply:
Hello,
Omerta was not supposed to be on GOG Connect due to technical issues, and it was added to the game pool by mistake. As of this moment, it is no longer displayed on the Connect website (https://www.gog.com/connect)

In any case, they deserve points for the fast answering. It was less than half hour since i've opened the ticket and i got an answer. try having that kind of support on Steam, EA or Ubi stores:)
Not my first ticket on GOG, but they always came through for me and quite fast, usually.

Come on GOG, I own Grim Dawn, detect it already. I'm sitting at 249 games, let me even that out.

"YOU ARE QUEUED FOR GOG CONNECT
Your accounts will be connected as soon as possible. Please check back later."
This is going on since weeks. A couple of days ago I also tried to refresh my account and waited but nothing changed. I previously used GOG connect on dozens of games with no problems but now I don't know what to do to get this new batch. I also logged out and back in and even deleted all cookies. Nothing. Does anyone have an idea about what the hell is wrong?
EDIT: I tried both Firefox and Chrome.
EDIT 2: I contacted GOG support and they quickly solved the issue! Yay!

I did it and they actually fixed the issue in less than a day! Thank you for the advice!

Yeah their support is actually awesome. The only problem is that they don't have 24hours/7days support. In weekends the support is very limited or non-existent, but monday-friday they do work quite well. And the people hired at support actually seem to know at least the basics (something that i can't tell about the people working in support for EA and Ubi, Steam support being legendary for not being helpful in over 90% of cases).
They can't bring people at work in week-end, as they have to comply with the work laws existing in Poland. But i respect those guys tremendously. They do their best, they remain polite and usually they solve the problem and are not afraid to send the case to the advanced support if the problem is beyond their capabilities (EA low level support always avoids that)

Sure, such way to manage a support system is totally satisfying, especially compared to others. The fact that it's not running 24/7 is understandable and also not really needed in my opinion. I would never complain for that.

Yay, 10 new games. I don't even buy on GOG (yet), but I have like 180 games there. ^^

It's a shame, really. I like GOG, but never buy there because I got so used to Steam and have my main collection there. I am always in favor of supporting other clients than Steam. I don't ignore any of them. So, if a game is only available on Origin, I buy it there. But if possible I prefer Steam - and therefore support the quasi-monopoly. ^^

you should try supporting them some time for the service they provide. Their owners continue to develop excellent games like the Witcher series and yet they find the time to respond to their customers by optimizing older games for today's modern OS, provide mostly DRM free games and allow you to build up your GOG library via GOG connect.

For a company that doesn't' have the number of the employees that Ubi, EA or Steam has (nor the financial power), GOG certainly has a really nice support. Support does get swamped sometimes (usually during summer and winter sales), but they do try to sort all the problems.

This is huge news:
Introducing GOG Connect
GOG Connect
Important: You can connect only one Steam account with your GOG.com library. This process is permanent – choose wisely!
Important 2: If you own some of the games and Connect doesn't recognize them, press the Refresh button and wait a while (can be a few minutes, hours or even a day). The reason for this is that GOG is using the Steam API to scan your Steam library and the API has a limit on the number of calls it can make for a given period of time. If you're still having problems, refresh your GOG account (simply clicking the link is enough; this is different that the Refresh button on the GOG Connect page!).
Important 3: In case you are still getting the message "Due to exceedingly high demand this may take up to several days, please check back later. Thank you for your patience." after waiting a while and trying the account refresh link above, then it would be a good idea to contact GOG support. Many users have reported that their problem was fixed quickly after that.
I really hope more games are made available, because this could raise GOG's popularity significantly!
